Ability to effectively work with employees in a team environment to achieve business goals and supervise / train junior staff. Capable of working independently and with little supervision. Proficiency in use of Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Moody’s Financial Analyst. Reports to the Chief Credit Officer.
Minimum of 6 years of work experience. Minimum of 4-year degree in agriculture/finance/business with an advanced degree preferred. EOE - M/W/D/V
