Mississippi Division Office. The holder of this position provides administrative and clerical support for the division administrative staff, and serves as the accounts payable clerk for the division. EXPERIENCE:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to providing assistance as needed in all phases of the divisionís operations; processing and handling the accounts payable and fixed assets programs of the division; and performing other administrative services as assigned. Must meet the requirement of daily attendance on the job for a continuous eight-hour shift. Management reserves the right to add to or change the duties of the position at any time.
High school education or GED equivalent with work experience in administrative and accounting duties. Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be able to work independently, and maintain high level of confidentiality. Applications will be accepted through June 13, 2008.
