 Customer Service Specialist

Description:
Progressive, fast-growing lender and financial services provider seeks an experienced Customer Service Specialist for the Meadville office. Responsibilities:

Establish, develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships with internal/external customers, prospects, and visitors to the local branch by providing a consistent quality level of service, which is timely, thorough and responsive to customers and exceeds their expectations. Processing loan payments received at the branch office. Disbursing loan funds. Maintaining records in Loan Accounting System. Support appraisal department for both real estate and personal property appraisals. Performs construction progress inspections. Investigates and obtains needed information from courthouse and government agencies. Maintains database with workflow, building construction costs, statistics, fee income contracts and others as required.

Requirements:

Education or experience equivalent to a Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, paralegal experience. Knowledge of Appraisal function and/or real estate sales experience. Knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and required formats to recognize and correct correspondence and reports. Ability to work independently under general supervision. Works well in team environment to accomplish team goals. Knowledge of computer software applications and hardware. EOE - M/W/D/V
