 Administrative Assistant II

Description:
Performs varied administrative and secretarial duties for the Lending Department. Exercises a high degree of knowledge, competence, and secretarial skill, and functions with considerable independence.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for coordinating the monthly board reports. Responsible for contact with Dun & Bradstreet and the ordering of individual D&B reports. Responsible for ordering supplies and maintaining the Lending Departmentís Operations Manual from information provided by the unit managers. Communicates with various outside vendors; i.e., account representatives from Dun & Bradstreet, Forms & Supply, etc. Experience with Microsoft Suite, Access database.† Must demonstrate the ability to learn new software quickly.† Experience with Crystal Report and Business Objects a plus.

Requirements:

Requirements- Four years of experience as an administrative assistant. Ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of people. Skill in operating word processing equipment; typing at 55 WPM. Knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and required formats to recognize and correct correspondence and reports. Excellent communication and human relation skills. Knowledge of word-processing software, preferably WORD. Ability to work independently with minimal instruction. Reports to John Burnside. Grade and Salary commensurate upon experience. EEO.
