Progressive, fast-growing lender and financial services provider seeks a full-time Administrative Assistant for our Susquehanna Valley Office located in Lewisburg, PA. Performs general clerical and administrative duties.
Establish, develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships with internal/external customers, prospects, and visitors to the local branch by providing a consistent quality level of service, which is timely, thorough and responsive to customers and exceeds their expectations. Help customers with transfers, balance inquiries, and receive & process payments. Maintain various marketing and customer databases. Generate reports as required. Prepare, book, and process loan documents, including: paid-in-fulls, UCC reports, etc. Office supplies maintenance. Maintain filing system and general typing. Provide administrative and technical support to the staff members.
Applicant must be highly motivated and work well both independently and in a team environment to achieve team goals. Good communication and organizational skills. Proficient typing skills.
